A few weeks ago, I ordered a new NEEV watch for both myself and my husband. The communication via email and app was pleasant and friendly, and shipping was fast. Once again, I’m very satisfied with these beautiful watches. That’s why we decided to take the old watch out of the closet again. Unfortunately, the strap had become too tight, but we’d lost the extra links. After a phone call, they offered us the necessary links free of charge. We were able to come to the store right away to have them installed and the battery replaced. Top-notch service! While we were waiting, I picked out another watch for myself and one for our son :) As a gift, we also received a super nice storage box and travel case. We’re big fans of this wonderful brand and its excellent customer service. These young entrepreneurs really know what they’re doing! Keep up the great work!Posted on Google

Unfortunately, it got caught on something, but as soon as I arrived back in the Netherlands, I went straight to the store and they fixed it right away. On their website, I saw that I could contact them via WhatsApp. On Saturday evening, I sent a message with a few questions, and while I’d expected to hear back after the weekend, I actually received a reply within fifteen minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by that and immediately enthusiastic. Further communication was also prompt and extremely professional. I ended up ordering a watch, and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. The strap was neatly custom-made and shipped with care. So far, I’m very satisfied. We’ll see how the watch holds up in practice, but I have every confidence in it. If I like the watch, I’ll seriously consider ordering another model or color as well.Posted on Google

Even on Ascension Day, I was able to schedule an appointment in Den Bosch at a beautiful, classic building. Everything was ready, and they took the time to explain everything about my NEEV GMT Limited Edition to me while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. All my questions were answered patiently.
