A free exchange or refund in just 5 simple steps:
1. Report return via [email protected] stating the reason and order number.
2. Within 24 hours you will receive a return form incl. a free return label.
3. Complete the return form and place it with the product in the box previously provided. Make sure the product is undamaged, in its original condition and unworn is.
4. Stick the return label over the old label and make sure the box cannot be opened during shipping. So tape the box carefully shut.
5. After receiving the returned product, the product will be inspected. You will receive within 1 business day Notice of expiration of your payment obligation, exchange or refund.
