A free exchange or refund in just 5 simple steps:
1. Report return via service@neevwatches.com stating the reason and order number.
2. Within 24 hours you will receive a free return/shipping label.
3. Make sure the product is undamaged, in original condition and unworn is.
4. Stick the shipping label over the old label and make sure the box cannot be opened during shipping. So carefully tape the box shut.
5. After receiving the returned product, the product will be inspected. You will receive within 1 business day Notice of your exchange or refund.
