Years ago, I bought a NEEV watch for my husband. It had since ended up in the closet with a dead battery. A few weeks ago, I ordered a new NEEV watch for both myself and my husband. The communication via email and app was pleasant and friendly, and shipping was fast. Once again, I’m very satisfied with these beautiful watches. That’s why we decided to take the old watch out of the closet again. Unfortunately, the strap had become too tight, but we’d lost the extra links. After a phone call, they offered us the necessary links free of charge. We were able to come to the store right away to have them installed and the battery replaced. Top-notch service! While we were waiting, I picked out another watch for myself and one for our son :) As a gift, we also received a super nice storage box and travel case. In December 2025, I first got in touch with the team at Neev about a watch as a gift for my 50th birthday.
My wife and son stayed in touch, and the team at Neev helped brainstorm ideas for engraving the watch with the date and my initials, making it a truly personal gift in June 2026.

A great store with excellent service. I recently went to Egypt, swam in the sea with my watch on, and it still looks great. Unfortunately, it got caught on something, but as soon as I arrived back in the Netherlands, I went straight to the store and they fixed it right away.
